The content, design, imagery, and branding of this site belong to RFP Rescue and may not be reproduced without written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit false or malicious content through the contact form.

Third-party services

The site is hosted by Netlify and uses Web3Forms to deliver contact form submissions and Google Maps for the location map. Those services have their own terms, which we don’t control.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, RFP Rescue is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
