RFP Rescue (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it, in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

• Contact form. When you request a consultation we collect your name, company, work email, and the description of what you’re bidding on — only what you choose to provide.
• Cookies and analytics. We use a small number of cookies to understand how the site is used. We do not use marketing or advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, assess whether we can help, and correspond with you about our services. We do not add you to mailing lists without your express consent.

Service providers

Our website is hosted by Netlify, and contact form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms. An embedded Google Map appears in the footer. These providers process limited technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver their services and may store data outside Canada. We do not share your information with anyone else except as required by law.

Retention and safeguards

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, then delete it. Information is protected with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@rfprescue.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
